Easter Extravaganza

Hop on down for an egg-citing afternoon for the whole family! This pre-Easter event is perfect for those going away to celebrate locally too. The Easter Eggstravaganzw will include games, craft, magic show, faceprinting, food, jumping castle, craft and an ‘egg-venture trail’.

The Bowlo’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Bowlo is a lot of fun. The action is happening on Easter Saturday from 10am, bring the kids for a fun-filled morning of hunting for eggs that the Easter Bunny has hidden on the green! 

Don’t forget to bring buckets to collect the eggs. Parents, while the kids are busy hunting, treat yourself to a barista-made coffee to kickstart your day.

Free Easter Bilby Trail

FREE Easter Bilby Trail

Join Buddy the Easter Bilby on a quest to find his friends in the Wildflower Garden! Pick up your map from the Visitor Centre and head out on your adventure and spot all the native Australian animals hidden along the accessible Senses Track. Once completed, return the map to the Visitor Centre to receive a free Easter treat!

The Ultimate Easter Markets

The Ultimate Easter Market EQ is on at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, on Easter Sunday March 31 from 10am-4pm.

The markets will bring together more than 150 stallholders from across Sydney to offer shoppers a unique blend of fashion, homewares, gifts, art, craft, plants, toys, goods for children and plenty more. Go hungry, because there is smorgasbord of incredibly good food with everything from Thai to Turkish cuisine.

The Royal Easter Show

Running from 22 March-2 April 2024 at Sydney Olympic Park, the Sydney Royal Easter Show was first held in 1823 and has since grown into a celebration of Australian culture.

Sydney Family Show

Sydney’s Family Show will return to The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, Sydney from 23rd March till 1st April 2024. The Sydney Family show has been coming to the EQ since 2011 and whether it’s a bunny hopping competition, revving up for an action-packed motorcycle and bike show, cuddling a duckling, grabbing a showbag, or spinning yourself silly on carnival rides, this year’s show is packed with entertainment for the whole family.

Alice in Easterland in Centennial Park

Experience Easter celebrations with a theatrical twist to the beloved children’s classic, Alice in Wonderland. Join Alice on an adventure as she helps the Mad Hatter find his Easter bonnet and deals with the Queen of Hearts.

This participatory show includes Easter bonnet decorating, a chocolate treat and a small parade. Tailored for families with kids aged from 4 years and up.
