Term 2 Mums & Bubs

The 10-week Mums and Bubs exercise program has the needs of new mums at its centre with a focus on building back full body strength and cardiovascular fitness, increasing confidence and connecting new mums with others in the community.  The 10-week program begins with a focus on full body stability and mobility, working on core and pelvic floor strength and progresses with the incorporation of HIIT style group fitness training.

This program is led by our lovely instructor, Debb, who will take her time to really understand you and your baby and provide exercises tailored to your needs. Mums and Bubs is designed to incorporate exercises where your little ones can be involved as much or as little as you like and take into account that not all morning routines are the same.
