Term 2 Yoga – Wednesday 5-7pm

Align your body and breath throughout these yoga sessions and feel your body relax and your mind slow. These classes can also improve your flexibility, strength and balance and are a great way to learn relaxation techniques such as visualisation and deep breathing!

Everybody is welcome, regardless of experience. Just bring water, your yoga mat and wear comfy clothing!
